If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it free within 7-days, no questions asked. If 7 days have gone by since you have received the artwork, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be refunded as soon as receipt of the artwork has been confirmed.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@svetionikart.com.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

What happens after I submit my request?

  • Once we receive your request we'll process it within 1 working day.
  • We will provide all instructions and shipping labels via email
  • You will be refunded within 3 working days of safe receipt of the returned artwork
  • Or, if a replacement can be arranged, the seller will ship your new artwork as soon as receipt of the original artwork has been confirmed

 

Shipping

  • If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

How can I cancel my order?

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after receipt of artwork.
